Just completed video 4 this morning- really cool practice and was loving the visualisation- found it hard to concentrate on keeping my eyes fixed on the spot whilst visualising the light ball, but know this will come with practice. It's such a different way of meditating but i can see and feel the benefits already. I love listening to your voice too Neil Jordan, as I find it really calming but not patronising at all!
